Review from Seeing Dance
We had David Mead from Seeing Dance reviewing SMACK & Spektakel at Edinburgh Fringe.
Extract about SMACK: “The music and Barbie imagery may be 1990s but SMACK is just as much a commentary on the way some use 21st-century social media.” Extract about Spektakel: “Spektakel is the sort of mad piece that most choreographers probably have in their heads but that few dare to put out there. It’s genius, a dance that will live in the memory for a long time.” Full review: https://www

SMACK & Spektakel (finally) at Edinburgh Fringe
After two years of the festival having been cancelled, we finally got to perform SMACK & Spektakel at TheSpaceUK as part of Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The audience responses included: “Favourite thing I’ve seen this Fringe” “Can’t believe we nearly missed that!” “It was so good, so expressive. Really impressed by the dancers physicality” “The ending left me really emotional, it was beautiful” “Blown away! So talented and clever”
